Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. has an opening for a Project Manager position for Building Construction Projects in Northern Indiana. Project Manager is responsible for Project Schedule, Project Budget, Review of Submittals, RFI’s, ordering materials for our Self Performed Work Scopes, Change Request Pricing, and providing informational support to Project Superintendent. Project Manager is responsible from receipt of Bid from Estimator through Project Closeout and Warranty period.
Ziolkowski prefers candidates with at least five (5) years’ experience in Building Construction as a Project Manager, delivering several significant projects. Building Construction Technology Degree or Building Construction Management Degree a plus.
