We are Ziolkowski Construction
Ziolkowski has been serving the South Bend and Mishawaka areas since 1974, and we have become one of the most trusted construction companies in the area. We pride ourselves in being a customer-focused construction company and provide services that no other company can provide, including a Pricing Maximum per project.
Today, we employ nearly 400 skilled people in six divisions: General Contracting, Masonry Contracting, Masonry Restoration, Painting, Flooring, and Design/ Build.
